Access and parking
Is leaving the park final?
No, you may leave and re-enter. Please remember to get your hand stamped at the park entrance.
Can we come to the park in a camper van?
Yes, you may park in the coach parking area.
Are there parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities?
Yes, designated parking spaces are available.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free of charge.
Booking and payment
Can tickets be purchased on site?
Yes, tickets can be purchased directly at the park reception.
Do online tickets need to be printed?
No, there is no need to print tickets purchased online.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, cheques, and ANCV holiday vouchers (paper format only).
Are restaurant vouchers accepted?
No, restaurant vouchers are not accepted, either at the snack area or at La Taverne du Père Nicolas restaurant.
Food and picnics
Can we obtain food on site?
Yes, you can have lunch at La Taverne du Père Nicolas, which offers salads, burgers, and other dishes. You can also enjoy snacks and refreshments at the park reception (crêpes, ice creams, drinks).
Is picnicking allowed inside the park?
Yes, many picnic tables are available throughout the park, including a covered picnic shelter.
On-site services
Are baby changing facilities available?
Yes, baby changing tables are available in the restrooms at the reception and at the restaurant.
Lost property
What should I do if I lose a personal item in the park?
Lost items are collected at reception. Please ask there if you are looking for something.
Animals
Are pets allowed in the park?
Yes, pets are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash.
Opening hours and special events
What are the park’s opening hours?
The park is open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Some activities open in the afternoon only.
Park rules
Is there a minimum or maximum age for certain activities?
Yes, each activity has a sign indicating the minimum age or height requirement.
Is smoking allowed in the park?
Four outdoor areas have been set aside for our visitors who smoke: one near the restaurant and one near the bar at the far end of the park. Outside these designated areas, the park is non-smoking.
Prices and facilities
Do you offer discounted rates?
Yes, discounted rates are available for women more than 6 months pregnant, holders of a large family card, partner card, disability card, CNAS card, and for groups of 10 or more (upon presentation of proof).
Are there electric vehicle charging points?
Yes, electric charging stations are available in the park’s car park.
