Park rules
Welcome to La Balade du Père Nicolas Leisure Park
To ensure your safety and well-being, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules.
All visitors must pay the admission fee according to the prices displayed at the entrance or present a valid entry ticket for La Balade du Père Nicolas. Visitors must keep their tickets or proof of entry with them throughout their visit. Access to the park may be refused to anyone whose behaviour, attire, or language is inappropriate or indecent.
Failure to comply with the park’s rules may result in permanent expulsion without compensation. All park staff members are authorized to enforce these rules.
Minors must remain under the constant supervision and responsibility of an adult.
Visitors are required to follow the safety instructions for each activity and behave respectfully at all times. Compliance with safety rules is mandatory under all circumstances. The management declines all responsibility for accidents resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
It is strictly forbidden to damage or climb over fences or safety barriers.
Activities are prohibited for anyone who has consumed alcohol or any substance that may impair their abilities. You must be in full possession of your physical and mental capacities to participate in the park’s leisure activities.
In the event of bad weather, the management reserves the right to suspend certain attractions and, in cases of force majeure, to close the park. The management also reserves the right to modify the opening hours of the park or attractions in case of technical issues, without financial compensation to visitors.
Pets are allowed in the park, provided they are kept on a leash. They will be much more comfortable here than left in a car.
The management declines all responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings within the park.
Parking is free and unsupervised. For security reasons, we recommend that you lock your vehicle and do not leave any valuables visible. La Balade du Père Nicolas cannot be held responsible for theft or damage caused by third parties to your vehicle or its contents. For your safety, we recommend reversing into the parking space.
If any of the above rules are not respected, management will decline all responsibility and may require the offending visitor to leave the park immediately without any financial compensation.
Entry to the park implies acceptance of these internal rules.
